Traveling with health in mind.

Last night I prepared a snack/breakfast bag with apples, strawberries, peppers, yogurt pretzels, peanut butter, and bananas. The first thing I saw when walking past security at the airport was a slew of tempting foods, especially those fresh donuts. It's much easier to sit here knowing I have a better option with me.

  1. Way better! I always take lots of bananas, grapes and blueberries for snacks on road trips. Keeps the baby happy too.
