I've been away from blogging for a while. I was busy finishing school and working but I've decided to attempt this again.
I sliced an apple, paired it with some peanut butter and some leftover strawberry basil tea and I'm loving my breakfast today.
I will be posting all my food porn on here so my friends don't get too annoyed on instagram haha.
I will be losing 30 pounds over the next few months. The most important thing I'm focused on is improving my relationship with food. I've stopped counting points and calories and have started to eat according to a mind - body - scan technique I read in 'Eat what you love, love what you eat'. As I work through this book, I'm starting to make more connections between the theory and application of everything I already know about food, dieting, lifestyle, and exercise. So far I feel great and I have high hopes that I will change my relationship with food and lose weight in the process.
